To develop, build, and maintain permanently affordable homes on Shaw Island with the goal of fostering a vibrant community of individuals and families that contribute to the wellbeing and preservation of our rural island.

Shaw Community Land Trust is a newly formed 501(c)3 non-profit exploring affordable housing solutions on Shaw Island. We are currently in a research and development phase focused on gathering information and ideas and responding to community feedback and suggestions.
