Next Steps

Review and revise our bylaws in order to think about governance of this nonprofit and how it can best serve the unique needs of our small island community.

Respond to initial feedback and suggestions from the first presentation to the community on April 13th, 2024.

Continue to gather ideas, suggestions and concerns from community members in order to shape and refine the ultimate vision and proposed initiatives of SICLT.

Provide more information about SICLT and Community Land Trusts in general by:

• Inviting other Community Land Trusts in the county to give presentations and answer questions about their organizations and projects. 

• Creating more content and resources on our website and with printed materials
